You're good at what you do. It just doesn't show.
I look at your business from the outside — your offer, how you show up, how you run things — and within ten days I tell you where you're leaving money on the table and what to fix first.
Delivered in 10 days. No strings attached.

Sound familiar?
You've been doing the same work for years as the business two villages over — and you charge twenty-five francs less per hour. Not because you're worse. Because you set your price once and never touched it again.
Your customers are happy and recommend you. And still, in September, you have no idea what November will look like.
People find you on Google, click on your profile — and never get in touch. You never find out why.
You're still sitting over quotes, invoices and appointment confirmations at nine in the evening. That's the work nobody pays you for.
You know you should "do something" — website, presence, prices. You just don't know where to start. So you do nothing.
Most small businesses don't invest too little. They invest in the wrong place. A new logo doesn't fix a pricing problem. A new website doesn't fix an offer problem. First, someone has to say what the problem actually is.
How I work
I don't guess. I go through three layers.
The problem is rarely one single thing. It's in the interplay between what's visible from the outside, what happens in between, and what runs behind it all.
Outside
What your customer sees
How does your business come across to someone seeing it for the first time? Do they instantly understand what you offer, who it's for and what it costs? Or do they have to puzzle it out before they even know whether you're the right fit?
In between
How they experience you
What happens once they're interested? How easy is it to reach you, book an appointment or ask a question? Where does friction, uncertainty or silence creep in — and where do you lose people who actually wanted to keep going?
Behind
What actually drives your business
What do your processes look like? Which tasks keep repeating? Where is something clunky when it could be simple? Which tools or processes would give you back time, so you can focus on what you're really good at?
The offer
The Business Review
One pass through all three layers of your business. Fixed price, fixed date, no subscription.
- A forty-five minute conversation before I start
- An analysis of all three layers — Outside, In between, Behind
- A PDF with the findings, sorted by impact, not by effort
- A list of actions in the order you can actually work through them
- For each action, a note on whether you can do it yourself or need someone for it
- Sixty minutes where we go through it together — you don't get a PDF and get left alone with it
CHF 490
Ten days from our conversation. Nothing happens after that, unless you want it to.
If, after our final conversation, you feel there was nothing useful in it for you, tell me. You get your money back, no discussion.

And if you want me to do the work too
Foundation & Website — CHF 1'490. When the review shows that positioning and presence need to be rebuilt. Roughly four weeks. What's included →
Growth & Automation — CHF 2'900. When processes and tools are also on the table, including three months of support. What's included →
If you choose one of the two afterwards, I credit the review towards it.

What changed
Some of the businesses I have worked with, and what they say about it.
«I wrote a book.»
«I am a conselheira psicossocial.»
Before, I would say: «I wrote a book.» Today I say: «I am a conselheira psicossocial.» I had knowledge and experience, but I couldn't answer what I actually offered and for whom. Tamara helped me sharpen my positioning, define my niche, build my website and develop an online strategy. She still works with me today – from what belongs on a banner to how I get my 1:1 bookings.

About Tamara
Why me
For over ten years I've worked in business excellence and process optimisation at an international pharmaceutical company. Taking processes apart and asking why they are the way they are is my day job.
Before that, I ran a business centre department in Switzerland, taught in Brazil and guided groups on Amazon river ships. Everywhere people needed to understand something that had been badly explained to them.
My father runs a Swiss business with over a thousand customers. I grew up with how a small company really works — and with what keeps the owner busy in the evening.
I ask a lot of questions. That's the whole trick.
Common questions
What you're probably wondering
490 francs — and then the big invoice comes, right?
No. The review is a self-contained product. You get the findings and the order to work through them, and you can implement everything yourself. Many do exactly that. Whether I carry on is something we discuss afterwards — not before.
I know myself where things are stuck.
You probably know three things. Usually there are twelve — and the three you know are rarely the most expensive ones. By the way, you don't need to be able to name anything beforehand. Most people come with «something isn't quite running right».
Will this actually do anything for me?
That depends on whether you do something with it afterwards. The review is a diagnosis, not a treatment. If you already know you won't change anything anyway, save yourself the money. I'd rather tell you that now than afterwards.
My website isn't the problem anyway.
Quite possibly. I look at your offer, your prices, how reachable you are and your processes just as closely. For some clients, the website turned out to be a side issue in the end.
Do I have to be in Zurich?
No. The review runs completely online if you want. I work with businesses all over Switzerland.
What if my business doesn't even exist yet?
Then the review is the wrong product. That's what Start Building is for — ninety minutes, CHF 290, with a written action plan.
Let's talk
You don't have to know what you need yet.
Write me three sentences about what's on your mind. I'll get back to you within two working days and tell you honestly whether a Business Review would help you — or whether you can save yourself the money.
An enquiry is not an order. We talk first.
